My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a terrace and a beautiful pool view, making the experience even more enjoyable. The main road location was convenient, allowing for easy access to various amenities before booking through credit card or PayPal.
The hotel offers exceptional room access, VIP lounge check-in with food and drinks, helpful staff, and a great breakfast included. The rooms are cozy and clean but not soundproof, with trolleys passing by our front door at 6 am every morning.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious and clean rooms featuring a very comfy large bed. The service was exceptional, making me want to return, especially thanks to Rye and Rachel for their friendly assistance. The location was great, within walking distance to D-Mall and convenience stores. Though the dining experience was not up to par with some soggy food, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

While the convenience was top-notch, we did find it a bit inconvenient to have to trek to fill up a water pitcher from a dispenser quite a distance away from our room. The service was exceptional, with the staff, especially Ms. Sarah, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to White Beach and D'Mall, although the hotel's guest capacity seemed limited. As for the dining experience, it was a mix of delicious dishes and excellent customer service, although there were some areas that could be improved. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the facilities were top-notch, contributing to a memorable stay overall.
The hotel rooms are very clean and offer great value for money. The bar staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are not very isolated, and noise from outside can be heard inside.
